Strengthening a key partnership
In October, RentReady Homes was invited to the Behr VIP Experience, an event the company hosts twice a year for a small group of customers across the country. Only ten companies were selected, so being included is a meaningful sign that our work is getting noticed at a higher level. It reflects the growth we have had over the past few years and the steady presence we are building in the renovation and construction space.
The visit took place at Behr's headquarters in Santa Ana, California, and included tours of several facilities. We saw how their products are formulated, tested, and prepared for distribution. Even though some details are confidential, the overall takeaway was reassuring. The materials we rely on are held to a high standard, and Behr continues to invest in new products and improvements that benefit both our team and the families who live in our homes.
One thing that stood out was the culture inside the company. Many of the employees we met had been with Behr for years, some for decades. Each facility had displays recognizing long-tenured staff, and it was clear that the company values stability, training, and long-term quality. That is the type of environment we want to align with, and it matches the direction we have been moving toward as a firm.
The event also brought together operators from across the country, including groups involved in single-family rentals, renovation, and commercial projects. Having RentReady Homes in that mix was helpful. It gave us a chance to connect with other teams doing similar work and put our name in front of people who may not have known much about us before. These relationships build slowly, but opportunities like this keep us connected to the broader industry.
For our investors, this connects directly to how we approach our homes. We do not cut corners or chase the cheapest option just to complete a turn faster. We prioritize materials that last and create homes that are safe, durable, and comfortable for the families who live in them. Working closely with Behr reinforces that commitment and gives us confidence that the quality we invest in is backed by one of the strongest manufacturers in the industry.
